Thans for that post. That was heart breaking to watch. Although I don't feel that it's fair to lump all breeders that sell over the internet into the same category. The last report indicated that one should never buy puppies over the internet. People can be scammed by local breeders also. Local breeders can be just as dishonest, and even more deceptive.
It's extremely important to investigate the reputation of the breeder whether it's a local breeder, or one who ships. |
