Katia is 9 weeks old and I had her for a week. She has always slept all night and she wakes up at around 6:30am. We let her out to potty and she usually does at that time. She does sometimes have accidents in her crate but it's usually between the time she wakes up and the time we get her to the litterbox/pad combination. Some have said it was too early but we have her on a eating and drinking schedule. Her last water is at 7:45pm and that gives us enough time to play with her and get her (usually) final bathroom breaks for the night. Perhaps you should try a schedule.

When you let her out is she already awake or are you waking her up? If she's sleep I would suggest you let her sleep. Her having accidents in the crate isn't the worse thing that can happen. If she is up and needing to go to the bathroom perhaps you should stop feeding her a little earlier. I'm far from an expert but this works for me. Good luck.
