i dont see anything wrong with trying the tape. if it doesn't work, no harm done..but i would not resort to surgery. just let it be. if you are not breeding or showing, it won't really matter. but there is no harm in trying the tape. i am also struggling with maggies ears. she is only 5 months so I am still trying...i will try one more time for a few days and if that doesn't work, i am not going to do it anymore. i had taped them when she was 11 weeks old and they stood up for several weeks....perfectly...but now that she is growing her adult teeth, they are down again. so I will try one more time. i think they are adorable either way but I do understand wanting that classic yorkie look...i also want it. but will not go to extremes to get it. if the taping doesn't work, just enjoy your baby and know that he is healthy and that is all that matters
