Get your baby to the vet to make sure he does not have an ear mite infestation. Or, a build-up of secretions on the hair that are GREAT places for bacteria to grow. Make sure his ears are dry all the time BUT you need to get his ears healthy and then take care of them yourself. Pluck hair! Keep dry! Especially if ears ore floppy. Vets say to use white vinegar and water 1: but I hate the smell so I use a flushing solution from my vet. Mites are contagios so you might need to treat other dogs if the vet says mites of yeast infection..
