lol. If your neighbor isnt interested in the dog or doesnt like dogs I wouldnt let her down around him, you arent going to win him over w/that type of behavior. I just wouldnt let her down anywhere that you thought it might happen. And definately pick her up & say noooo noooo. That had to be so embarrassing for both of you. With my neighbor I would have probably said "I swear I didnt tell her to do that
