I didn't mean the puppies that are being sold. I meant like if I decide to breed my Maddie, I would have her tested before I would breed her and I would want the male tested that is to be her stud to make sure they wouldn't pass anything to eachother, right?
New puppies that haven't been bred shouldn't have any STD's to be tested for right?
