Last surgery he put in a plate inside the leg wich will have to remain there for the rest of her life. Maybe that will help, at least I can hope.

Second, I am sorry you are having so much trouble with her leg healing. I haven't any advice for you, because I have never been through this myself. I just wanted to tell you I am sorry and hope you'll keep us updated on how she is doing.
