Hubby and I decided to use the word "business". I like how it sounds.
So when he goes we tell him "Do your business.." and then when he is done we get so excited and tell him "Good business!!" or " Your a good business man!"
I have a friend who calls it "Hurry" and know someone else who calls it a french swear word.
