10 to a 6.......girl at a 10 you was not big to begin with I WISH I was a 10.....I'm a 16 and I would LOVE to get back to a 12 for starters then my ULTIMATE GOAL would be a 8/10 more so a 10 if I was trying to be a 6 all my bones would show I'm 5'7 LOL GOOD LUCK!!!! Oh yea an I am going to trying and do 5 miles too when I start my diet!
