Why are you even considering cashing his check and sending him the AKC papers? I am thinking I have missed something to explain that.
If not, then I would suggest you send his check back reg. mail with return receoptand a notarized letter explaining what you are doing and why. It does not sound like a person to whom I would sell anythng..JMO |
