I sympathise with you. I was going to recommend bring in grass or clipping from a bush he likes to pee on and bringing it in. Also, you might try wrapping a piddle pad around a soda bottle so he has something to lift his leg on - just make sure there is piddle pad under the bottle!

Medicine might be tough if he is being picky about what he eats. Have you tried wrapping it in a piece of deli meat? How about cottage cheese or yogurt?

Also, try boiling some chicken and KEEP the water. Once the water has cooled, you can give that to him instead of water. He will get some nutrients from it and you can add the chicken water to his meals too.
