I'll jump in and agree too. I have three Yorkies and One Morkie. All three of my Yorkies were supposed to be standard and all three are on the bigger side. Noel is like really big. She's 16 pounds and was given back to the breeder then ended up with us. This time around I searched for an older pup and found Tia in our local classifieds. She was ten months old and weighed three pounds - she's almost a year now and weighs four pounds but she needed that extra pound as she was underweight. Your best bet is to go for an older pup / close to or atleast a year this way you know for sure what the pup will look like, the temperment and how big he or she will be. If I ever get another I'll do the same thing and go for an older pup. Best of luck. Elaine
