Thank you for all the sweet, kind words everyone :-) She is certainly the apple of her mommy and daddy's eyes!
Debra, Pheona and Ben are a good looking pair aren't they!? ;-) Good looks run in the family I guess. hehe. Try not to worry too much over Ben's hair. You wouldn't believe what happend to Pheona 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS....I took her over to Sherry's so she could groom her before we left to go to the in-laws, and some how or other, I have NO clue how/why/etc. but Sherry cut her top knot off. I was sooo ticked off, I can't even tell you. I love Sherry to death, but I was BEYOND mad, and told her what in the world was she thinking!? The hair was so short, it looked like someone had given her a buzz cut. She didn't have an explanation why she did it either! Sigh. But anyway, I'm over it...no biggie. It's hair, and it's growing back finally enough for a decent little bow :-) I guess when mistakes are made with hair, that's the good thing, it grows back , it's not permanent! I have since been taking her to be groomed at Happy Dogs Professional Grooming on North Palafox. They have done an excellent job so far the couple of times I've taken her. She is going back again on Thursday, before spay day on Friday matter of fact. Kristen is the groomer who has been doing her, and I tell her exactly what I want, just a sanitary trim around her butt and feet, ear hair plucked, nails, glands, drained, etc. and she does a GREAT job. I'm very happy with them, and the shop. It is very clean, and comfy for the pups. Her hair does hold bows very well, as long as she doesn't spaz out after I fix her hair and roll all over the floor! Sometimes she does, sometimes she doesn't! But she is very good about letting me do her hair, I've been doing it ever since she was 9 weeks, so I think she is very used to it. Even when she lost the top knot, I still would rub her head everyday so she would continue being used to having her hair "played with" lol.
