I use Advantage on mine and it keeps the fleas off. My understanding on tapeworms is the only was to detect them is in there stool and now they can give them a pill to kill them. Check with your vet on which flea medication he likes. There are a lot of them out there. Some take care of alot of things, but my Vet doesn't recommend them. With a small dog there as been a lot of deaths with some of the products. Will see if I can find the thread about them....................Cindy |
