The jelly like mucous (especially at the end of her bowel movement) could also be from colitis- which can be a reaction to her heat and / or food. Food sensitivity is the most common (fat / chew sticks etc.)

Been through it and my baby is only one year old. Keep an eye on it and her food intake etc. Inform the Vet specifically about it so they can make a determination without unnecessarily medicating (or overmedicating) your baby.
