I wouldn't mix oil unless you want your pup to get the runs. At 13 weeks, she should be eating the food dry (good for the teeth). Is she extremely small? Maybe she is just bossing you around a little to get you trained right (LOL). You can bathe her, just blow dry her and make sure she is completely dry...NEVER LET HER CATCH A CHILL. Also, watch you don't burn her baby skin with the blow dryer. Don't let ANY water get in her ears. I use a wash cloth on the face. Good luck!
