Sorry I understood what the person who made this thread was trying to say. I thought she meant " Fee " as in sell her puppies when they are due and as in " puppy " as to keep them or not.
Anyways I would atleast give a fee to make him mate with the girl because it is your dog. I would keep some puppies or split half the money when the puppies are ready to leave.
