Aww it sounds like you have had a tough time of it.The drugs SHOULD work pretty fast like Villette and Lisa said. It is so scary when they are that little and not feeling good. I have never had a pup with coccidia but my little one contracted giardia(another parasite) from something in the woods when he was younger, within 2 days the diahrrea had stopped and he was back to normal.
As long as she is eating and drinking well you sound like you are on the right track to having a happy healthy puppy soon
