That is true about flexability, also you can take a break for a few months or longer anytime you want and can always get another job anytime you are ready. Where I live I can go in any direction to any hospital and get a job on any given day. That is one of the greatest things about being a nurse-lots of job availability. Also we could move anywhere in the US and know there is a job for us wherever we move to...
