No there is not 24hr care. I am on call this whole weekend at work and can go in at anytime. He said she will be checked on and they can keep the IV in and give her stronger pain medication. Also he is keeping her in a clean sterile enviornment. I have another dog and cats. I think at least there she can get the continous fluids and antibiotics she needs. He doesnt want me to touch the dressings, so at least he can watch her. He is a good vet, they are open until 5 today and then he said he will come in tomorrow to see her. I feel safer with her there. I think its for the best. I will go see her today and then Monday I have asked off early. Just pray for Dutchess. |
