They have templates, but you can select all the details including backgrounds, what type of page, etc. The yorkie tile is one that I made myself from a puppy picture. You can upload your own backgrounds if you want, but they have hundreds (or at least bunches and bunches LOL) to choose from. You can also add music and other details. There is a limit on space, but I can't remember what it is.
