I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had with Hunter K9 Gear. I have been wanting to get a lookout dog car seat in order to pick up my new puppies tomorrow, but due to circumstances beyond my control I had to wait until Wednesday of this week to place an order. To my horror everyone was telling me that there was a two week delivery date for these car seats due to the fact that they ship directly from the manufacturer located in SC.
I found Hunter K9 Gear on the web by accident and noticed that she did not have a statement saying that there was a long delivery date for the car seat. I called and the lady that I talked to was named Lynne. I explained my situation to her and she told me that she knew that the company shipped by three every day, so she took my number and told me that she would check with them to see if they could get my order on the outgoing delivery truck and that she would call me right back. Hunter K9 is located in PA and she had to call SC. In less than 10 minutes she had called me back and told me that they would ship it for me on the outgoing truck after alot of pleading and begging on her part!!!!!!. Not only did she do this for me but she also told me that it came with a free harness but since I needed the seat for two dogs she would substitute an extra tie in strap instead of the free harness......that saved me an extra $15.00 dollars!!!!!
I received an email from Lynne in about 30 minutes with all my information for the sale and shipping......come to find out that Lynne is the owner........now how is that for fantastic service......I can't say enough good things about her, she was great!!!!!
I got the car seat today and it's PERFECT.........TOTALLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!
