I don't know why it's not letting some people. This is what my web host says:
1) It's your browser (or a setting in it)
or
2) you've got a firewall & it's blocking it. - I have one and have to go around it for some websites.
Other than that, they said there shouldn't be any other reasons it doesn't work. I wish it would work for you, though.
