NO, it's not too late to change her name. We got Kallie when she was two and she had always been called Rosey since 12 weeks old. We changed it to Kallie and she learned it in a couple of days. Hubby would get at one end of the house and I at the other. We'd take turns calling and clapping our hands and when she would get to us each time, she would be rewarded with a treat! Works great when teaching them a new name. Oh and Rosey and Kallie sound nothing alike!!! LOL
