I have the same cleaner and drops.. and it is HELL trying to get it in there ... it gets all over his hair and then is all oily.. he doesn't even have an infection but his ears were itchy so she gave it to me.. I am suppose to do it 2 times a day but barely manage once.. it leaves his hair soo oily!
