Ferdinand did the same thing. I finally stopped crating him after him making in his crate almost every night for a few months. It just doesn't work for some puppies. If you're really set on crate training, you may need to set your alarm for once or twice in the middle of the night to wake up and take him out.

Is he in his crate all the time??? As in, he's only out to eat and go on walks, and go potty outside?
