I had the same problem before. Me and My husband figured that when I'm holding bubuu and someone approaches me thats a stranger dog or people to her she'll go barking crazy. She wants my attention to her only when I'm petting her. What we did is, whenever she is going to start barking we tell her NO right away. It took time but it sure lessen her barking to other dogs or people.
