We got Calliope on Saturday morning. I took her to the vet 1st thing Monday morning - right after my daughter and I had our teet cleaned. It was fridgid cold out and she was scared so I couldn't leave her in the car.
I know...I'm HORRIBLE. lol
But I know the Dentist personally so I figured if we're going to get busted anywhere - that'd be the best place to do it. Being a new Yorkie owner, I have never done that before and wasn't sure of the rules but figured a Dentist office where everything is sterile wouldn't be the best place but...what the heck. Of course she couldn't stay contained the whole time and we were busted about half way through the visit.
But what are the rules? Is Petsmart the only place I can take her?
