I would not do it either. My yorkies are better eaters when I am giving them a good quality, boring diet of the same food all the time. For dogs, boring is good. For treats they get a little peeled apple, or a little bit of lamb and rice treat or a few cherios. They always act like and would eat anything I let them have, so don't let those cute faces and bright eyes fool you!
