I just need to add this... it is not a dog but about a cat. I am not a cat 'lover' , but I wouldn't want to hurt one either. our neighbor adopted a stray cat about 2 months ago. they have 2 children around 8 & 10 yrs old. they fell in love with this cat. It was very friendly and was even locked in our garage by mistake for a few days.(we were gone on vacation). this cat was ran over, we think on purpose, ran over the head by some low life idiot. he had to have went after the cat by the position they found it in. and was witnessed by one of the children as just sitting along side of the road watching them play ball.
I just had to add that info because I am so mad about idiots like that. I intentially walk in the road and make my dogs walk to the side so that if anyone gets close enough to hit them they will hit me first. the law will not do anything about someone hitting a dog but will certainly go to jail for hitting me!
