I think there is no set growth pattern then because some seem to grow bigger over the same amount of time than others.

Chloe was
2lbs at 8 weeks
3lbs at 12 weeks
4lbs at 16 weeks
and now she's 4.5lbs at 5 months.

Her mom is 6lbs and her dad is 4.5lbs. I don't think Chloe will get to be more than 6lbs. She has a small frame--very dainty.
