Default lethargic yorkie

If your puppy is very small, I'd check his gums several times a day. Lacey got a tube of Nutrcal from the breeder because she was so tiny and I sure needed it. She got hypoglycemic at first, I could tell by how lethargic she was, so I started checking her gums often. Chloe never had that problem and she is my larger yorkie. So, it could be the heat but untreated low blood suger can lead to serious issues. Just put Nutracal or Karo on your finger and rub the gums with it.
