You should be able to tell if your little one is going to change by parting the hair and looking at the roots. Both of my babies started lightening on the head first then around 6 months my girl started tuning silver on her back but my boy stayed black. Gizmo was really silver and she is 3 years old now and in the last 6 months seems to be getting darker again her roots are almost black now on her back. What color were his parents?
