"Millers" is refering to Puppy Mills which are "businesses" who run on the sole purpose of producing mass quanitys of puppies for $$$. They have many many dogs of all different breeds. They're the ones who have (I don't know) 30-50+ puppies for sale at any given time and don't give a darn about their dogs or the condition they live in. They feed them, breed them and sell them, without the proper care and a lot of their puppies are sick....I can go on and on.....Should you be worried? Yes! Just screen your potiential buyers carefully, you can judge most peoples caricature(sp?) quick but some can trick you so be carefull!
