Sorry I did not read entirely through posts before posting. I am so glad Rhapsody is home!!!! The guy sounds Totally fishy!!! Good thing you gut her back and he didn't hold her for Ransom!!!!!
Anyway I guess there are alot of weirdos out there trying to make a buck...but you know it's good to know stuff like that so we can be cautious....and also about the giant hawk swooping in for that tiny yorkie... I guess that's something else to keep in mind if you've got a little dog under 4-5 lbs!!!! You can never be too careful.
