Seriously, are you even paying attention???
The report sd. he admitted killing adult dogs, but denied killing puppies. (this is in court, under oath, mind you). Then when he was faced with the evidence (the pic HE took, and the documentation in his own writing) he admitted to killing the puppies because they were sick.
