Bailey is a big guy. I was walking him the other day and met a 5lb yorkie and her owners and they asked me if Bailey was a "Standard Yorkie"? Huh, Standard, well I never.... I guess that would be one way of putting it. He is NOT fat, just big and a lotayorkietolove. He is athletic and can run amazingly fast. I let him run in the park (under controlled conditions) with German Shepherd friend he has and they have a great time.
So, sub-7pounders, are you comfortable letting your Yorkies socialize that way with other dogs?
Bailey is our A Hunk of Burning Yorkie Love. (except when he finds cat poop
) then he gets a bath and his mouth double-brushed.
