It happened when we were trick or treating, the dog looked like a fox mix, it was very pretty, but when we walked by it was hooked up to a leash around a basketball hoop, and it somehow came undone and he went right for Rocky. I got him up in time but the dog was growling at him, then the owner came out and got him, and seemed pretty rude about the whole ordeal.
