That is extremely sad. How can ANYONE have the heart to do that to any kind of animal?????? It would take a very cold hearted, very CRUEL person to do so. I am very happy that man cared enough to pick her up and take her to the vet. Some people just don't care at all. I've always wondered why and HOW people just drop of dogs or cats in the middle of no where because they just don't want them anymore, or for WHATEVER reason they do it.
This story reminded me of something my mom told me about that happened up in Michigan where she lives. On the news, they had said that someone put a box of puppies (not sure what kind) in the middle of the highway. Just a box of puppies... That is unbelievable! Stories like these BREAK MY HEART!
