Not all handlers are the same. There are some top notch ones that will tell you right up front if your dog is worthy or not and you really want someone who will be honest and not string you along just to get a paycheck from you.
So you need to do your homework on handlers.
The handler that you want is one who wants to show the best and get it finished and back home on the couch with you.
I have seen some handlers take dogs out for one year and not have them finished, because they are trying to show dogs that should never be in the ring.
Look for a handler that shows and finishes nice dogs and in good time.
