Whitney | check out www.carolsbows.com and get 100 grooming bow ribbon *NEON* latex bands for $1.45 including S&H ... they are like the rubber bands used by orthodontists for braces ... .. also I was able to find some at the $ store .... seems I got 1000 for $1.00 ....
