issues.....I agree, I think you should have a thyroid panel done. If it is enlarged, it may affect your swollowing, and if you skin is dry and if you eyes are like wide open.... Second, I think you are definately have signs of anxiety disorder....I sold meds for 9 years for Anxiety and Depression. The swollowing thing, is probably the anxiety as well as the chest issues......
But, all of it could be the A & Dep. So, go by and see your internist...or OBGYN...they are great with hormonal issues......
