Well if anyone is interested - I found 2 very cool ones today...one that has an opening on both sides so both dogs can poke their heads out
But this one does not say specifically if there are TWO harness straps inside
The other has two straps inside, but only one lookout hole! Duh! I need to be a designer gosh darn it! Well I'll take pics of the one I get ....
