I bought mine from ebay. I bought a pink 3 wheel. I agree the high up is nicer, I had a 4wheel low one & it was hard to push. I gave it to a friend & decided on a 3 wheel it is way easier to push. I like th ehigher one because it has a basket on the bottom for storage. A drink holder is a must. I have gone shopping w/my old 4 wheel stroller, no where to put a drink or my purse, & had to use both hands to push-not good. I got the 3 wheel one I can use just one hand, holds 2 drinks, put my purse in the basket, also mine does have a harness ring, its on the top inside. I never use it & with more then one dog I would definately not use it they could get tangled up, hurt or choked. I think th eebay store I used is petcoachonline or something like that, when you search pet stroller on ebay look at the top for banners for stores. Good luck. I wish I would have got a more neutral color I'm not always in a pink mood
