Unfortunately sweety, that's a scam I'm sorry! People are very cruel to play with peoples emotions and make them think they are getting something that in fact they are not. They have many different stories, some say they moved for schooling, missonary work, they work for the red cross or are over there helping people in need. It is all just a bunch of lies...
Many times they will ask you tp pay through western union or a money order. They don't want you to use Paypal because to a point paypal offers you some protection. Many times they don't even have the pup who's picture they've sent you, they don't have any puppies at all. Ask her to take a picture of the puppy with your name on a piece of paper behind it and see if she does it...and even if they do, do that, it still doesn't make them credible. Tell her you're going to visit Camaroon and can pick up the pup and see what she has to say then...my bet is you'll never hear from her again.
I've never heard of anyone getting a yorkie from Africa, I've heard of some people getting some from Germany but never Africa. You would be better off looking for one that is in the states and preferably close enough where you could drive to see the pup first. Be careful, there are so many people out there who could care less about people and their emotions and are just out there looking to make a quick buck.

Best of luck to you for you search for a new baby!
Hugs
Joy
