I was wondering if any of you have this dress from Target?

I want it for Summerlin, but I am not sure if it will fit her properly. I made a side trip over to the SuperTarget in Jacksonville this past weekend, but they didn't have the dress. Summerlin measures 8 1/2 inches from her neck to her rump and almost 9 inches around her chest. She weighs 2 lbs 2 ozs. So I was wondering if any of you had this dress and it fit your girl that was about this size?
