Tiko can get lots of matting if I don't brush and comb him every day. I use a bristle brush and a mustache comb. It works pretty good. I always use Good-by Tangles by Fourpaws before bathing and Fourpaws conditioner. They leave his hair very shiny and soft and help to keep him from matting. When he has a lot of mats I usually give him short breaks in between and a few treats. |
