It could have come from the groomers, but she also could have picked it up at the vets since you've been there recently as well as kennel cough is an airborne virus.

When she does get her innoculation for this, it is my understanding the the intranasal one is a live virus and many dogs do react to it by getting the virus. The vaccination is not live, but requires two vaccines for effectiveness. It is a bear to get rid of and more a nuisance, though the risk is development pneumonia. A vaporizer should help at night.......
