Welcome! I understand how you feel. I didn't find these Yorkie sites until after I already had Tatum but if I had known then what I do now, I would have been scared to get one too. Fortunately, Tatum is perfect! Of course we all love our babies to pieces but she is truly a good Yorkie "specimen". I feel that we really lucked out with her. I live in Brenham, TX and bought Tatum from a lady outside of Houston. I would recommend her but only from my experience with how Tatum has turned out. As with any breeder, there are probably some unhappy customers, but we were totally satisfied. If Houston is not too far for you, send me a PM and I'll share her information. There is also another poster from the Houston area on here so maybe you can get more TX info. I know she looked for a long time and did a lot more research on breeders than I did. I did almost have a bad experience. The first breeder I went to ended up being one that I know now is horrible! Thank goodness I walked away without the precious little girl I went to see. I think we would have been very unhappy with her. It's hard to NOT get one that looks sad just because you don't want them to be left behind but you have to take into consideration the time you will invest in your pup in the long run. Let me know if you want more info! And Good Luck!
