i think i would call the vet and ask if you should bring her in to have a look at the stitches. if she has been running around a lot it could be she has started developing an infection. I used the onsies one mine but I was with them all day. I am not sure how safe they would be wearing one while home alone. If they go potty while you are gone it would certainly not be good for them to be laying in a wet onsie. might be a good idea to cage her while you are at work. I hope she gets better soon. give her kisses and hugs from us.
